Hi Splice
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. The Fatitude book is a really great read. It talks about all the mental issues of health and fitness. Have you visited Craig Harper's blog. www.craigharper.com.au. If you have a look on there it has a lot of articles that are a bit like the book, which will give an idea if you will like the book.
I loved it and will reread again once I get a chance and everyone else I know in the blogging world loves it and recommends it as well. Also Lizn has a copy of it for sale for $20 http://girlgetsitdone.blogspot.com/.
Good luck
Cheers
Kristy
Hi Deb
I was wondering about em recently as well.
The DOMS wouldn't be so bad if they didn't stop me from doing stuff! I find that if I have bad leg doms and I go for a run then it will take twice as long to go away. Frustrating but I know it will get better eventually - I just have to keep it up.
Andrea
