The Fatitude book is a really great read. It talks about all the mental issues of health and fitness. Have you visited Craig Harper's blog. www.craigharper.com.au. If you have a look on there it has a lot of articles that are a bit like the book, which will give an idea if you will like the book.<BR/><BR/>I loved it and will reread again once I get a chance and everyone else I know in the blogging world loves it and recommends it as well.
