Thank you for that, due to still being new at everything and not really having anyone to tell me when to carb up and all of the important stuff... I was really pleased with how I did it myself last time but it is even more nerve racking not knowing that what your doing is right or not. I think it would make me feel a lot happier if someone told me step by step what to do.. I went through my whole last prep scared that all the work i'de put in was going to be thrown away by not depleating at the right time, not carbing up enough, worried about fluid etc.... Thanks

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you but thank you so much for all of your lovely comments before and after our wedding.
The Breast augmentation sounds like it will be good for you - can't wait to see how it turns out - although having not seen you in person for a while I must admit that the costumes do an excellent job of folling the eye into thinking there is more there than there actually is.

Are you coming down for the all female classics in 2008? I hope you are megan and i are coming and we'er going to make it an over night stay so we can hang out longer :) oh and not to forget shopping hehe
