Last year I achieved my dream by competing for the first time ever. The results were incredible having placed 2nd in my first ever compitition. 2007 brings new challenges and those are to better my condition from the Qld State INBA Titles.

Having completed my Cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training it is my desire to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle by guiding them in the right direction and supporting them 100 percent. Life is too short, I have learnt so much about myself since I starting competing as a figure bodybuilder, never give up on your dreams, don't let an opportunity slip through your fingers and never have regrets! Always treasure your true friends as they are with you for life.

Fantastic to hear that he's safe and sound and that you're enjoying having him back safe in your arms again. How lovely to see a Mum so loving toward her child that she doesn't want him to go anywhere... not sure your son will feel the same when he's a teenager though ;o)
